Description
Noon time sunlight filters through the trees just downstream of the Packsaddle Covered Bridge (also known as the Doc Miller Covered Bridge) over Brush Creek on Packsaddle Road, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Likely the most photogenic of the remaining ten covered bridges in Somerset County. Originally built in 1870, Packsaddle Covered Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Beautiful capture of the bridge! I love the soft water, too! Fav

Thank you, Liesl. This is one of the most picturesque settings I've seen among the covered bridges that I have had the good fortune to visit and photograph. - Mike
