Description
View westerly towards the Bump Covered Bridge (previously known as the Webber Bridge) with some autumn colors beginning to show in the lowlands near the river and higher terrain. The bridge crosses the Beebe River and is located near Campton, a few miles to the northwest, at the meeting of Perch Pond Road and Bumps Intervale Road in eastern Grafton County, New Hampshire. The Bump Covered Bridge was originally built in 1877 and was reconstructed in 1972 by Arnold M. Graton Associates after falling into disrepair due to weathering and use. Very cool light on the rafters on the inside of this bridge, very unusual for a covered bridge.
