Description
Late-afternoon sunlight enhances the interior of the Olin Road (formerly Dewey Road or Olin-Dewey Road) covered bridge, and sepia toning renders a nostalgic feel to this scene, in this northwesterly view towards the southeastern bridge portal. Originally built in the late 1800's, the bridge was restored more than once, most recently in the 1980's and rebuilt again in the early 1990's. The bridge remains in service today. It is one of 19 covered bridges in Ashtabula County, Ohio. Image = Ohio Covered Bridges Ashtabula Olins-6 110516-110616 266-270 E-D M C1 FT B-6 PSP A-Sh E-PE Tmb.jpg.
