Bright autumn color surrounds this northwesterly view of the Caine Road Covered Bridge. As covered bridges go, the Caine Road Covered Bridge is a modern structure built in 1986 to celebrate the 175th anniversary of Ashtabula County, Ohio. The bridge crosses the West Branch of the Ashtabula River. The Caine Road Covered Bridge is one of 19 covered bridges in Ashtabula County. Thank you, David. I hope you get the opportunity at least to visit some areas in the future. The most can be found in PA, two states in New England - VT and NH, and many in OH and IN in the midwest. That’s my plan if my walking holds out with MS. I needed a new project since I’ve been privileged to photograph many American Civil War battlefield sites. Be well.
