Tucked amongst tree-lined walking paths along Carroll Creek in Baker Park, Frederick, Maryland, is the Carroll Creek Covered Bridge as seen in this easterly view. The ice-covered tree limbs illuminated by the afternoon light make one consider, even for a brief moment, the shelter afforded inside the bridge.
