View southeasterly towards the Heikes Covered Bridge in the late morning, early autumn. Built in 1892 using the Burr arch truss design, the well-kept bridge sits on private land and crosses the Bermudian Creek adjacent to the Old Harrisburg Road a few miles north of Heidlersburg, PA.
