Not that one could follow all of the lines anyway even without the leaves in place, the mind wanders from the original to such a possibility, even if only briefly, very briefly, as the tangle of branches outside my window is set off during a heavy winter snow. The stuff of headaches - perhaps. But some can also easily imagine (or at least wish for) a "flushing down the drain" of the snow season and everything that goes with it, even after only one event.
