Artist's Description
View westerly towards the Esther Furnace Covered Bridge (also known as Furnace Covered Bridge) which crosses the North Branch of Roaring Creek. Originally built in 1881 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The bridge is in reasonably good visual condition; greying of the vertical sideboards is due to processing for an alternate rendering.
