Bright midday sunlight brightens the interior of the Caine Road Covered Bridge while exiting the east portal to an even brighter scene as a fair amount of late autumn color still remains. As covered bridges go, the Caine Road Covered Bridge is a modern structure built in 1986 to celebrate the 175th anniversary of Ashtabula County, Ohio. The bridge crosses the West Branch of the Ashtabula River. The Caine Road Covered Bridge is one of 19 covered bridges in Ashtabula County.
