This is probably my favorite photo from the many at Gettysburg because it shows the undulations in terrain during the mile long crossing of Pickett's Charge. When the terrain dip the flying lead an iron could be avoided but when elevated the hail of fire was so evermore greater. I'm glad you liked this image. - Mike
