Thanks Thomas. Being a meteorologist, it was interesting to spend an hour or more watching clouds form as the air rose over Seneca Rocks and other adjacent ridges and then dissipate as the air sank, warmed, and dried out after passing over the terrain. It was a fine day to just be there.

As you can see from most of my FAA postings to date (i.e., from Gettysburg), I occasionally get to carry my cameras to places other than Civil War battlefields. But there's always gifts to be found elsewhere. Is the town ready for the onslaught of tourists for the 150th?
